1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested within 30 days of the initial purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that the service did not meet the specifications outlined in your service agreement.
2. Refund Process

- Provide your account information and reason for refund
- Our team will review your request within 5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Custom development services already completed
- Training sessions that have been conducted
- Services used beyond the refund period
- Third-party integrations or add-ons
4. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds based on the services used. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated clearly during the refund process.
5. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for the current billing period, but you will continue to have access to the service until the period ends.
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and may suspend or terminate your account.
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
